- Joanne Fedler or Story Solutions Pty Limited shall own and retain all right, title and interest in and to all the material.
- Access to any material is subject to the terms of the specific course or programme for which you are enrolled.
- You may not distribute the material to anyone else, by way of resale, re-broadcast or any other way.
- You may not make any copies of the material (other than documentation specifically permitted such as workbooks and other printable material). Screenshots of video material or any recording of it is not permitted.
- You must keep your login credentials and password confidential. You may not pass these on to anyone else. Unauthorised access to the material may result in your access being terminated.
- There is no warranty that the material will be available without interruption as there may be third party factors over which we have no control, such as the Internet or host outages.
- We do not pay any refunds for any programmes for which you have enrolled even if you have not made use of or accessed the material.
- The laws of New South Wales apply and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
